Put my heart out there……Praying it doesn’t get broken
Don’t take ANYTHING for Granted
My family really has no idea how badly I want to be home for Easter. I’m now sitting in my dorm room crying my eyes out because its finally hitting me. I know this is probably wrong of me to say but by the way my grand-mom is talking this might be her last Easter with us. My dad and brother are basically saying fuck family because they are going away and wont be back until right before dinner with my dad’s side of the family. Every year, for every holiday, for as long as i can remember we have been having lunch with my mom’s side of the family. It’s my mom’s mom we don’t think is going to be around much longer. I would give anything on this earth just to spend this Easter with her. I swear to GOD that if my dad doesn’t take my little brother to see my grand-mom when they get back I’m going to go bat shit crazy either over the phone or on ooVoo. No matter the holiday its about family and I would give anything to spend this holiday with mine. I have finally come to understand the saying ‘don’t take anything for granted’. I shall cherish every moment that I have with not only my grand-mom but all of my family. I love yous guys with all my heart. <3
- parents: you talk more to the computer than you do to us
- me: of course I do the computer treats me better than you do
Clearly kids are getting ready for college earlier and earlier these days. They learn to walk, read, write and then how do properly execute a keg stand.
This is nuts!!!!
